No. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, traffic, weather, demand, and service provider availability.
Each membership is valid for one (1) individual and one (1) registered vehicle only. The member must be present in the registered vehicle at the time service is requested.
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared or used by another person.
Yes. You may cancel at any time by calling or emailing us. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. No refunds are issued for prior or partial billing periods.
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required, and the vehicle must match the one on file.
Any vehicle change must be reported and updated on your account at least 48 hours before requesting service. Failure to update vehicle information may result in denial of service.
Monthly memberships require auto pay. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until the membership is canceled. IF you are prepaid for 6 or 12 months you will have a option to unenroll.
If a payment is declined or returned, your membership may be suspended, and a returned payment fee may apply.
Yes. Services are subject to reasonable use, safety conditions, and coverage limitations. Excessive or abusive use may result in service denial or membership cancellation.
Service availability depends on your location. Remote, restricted, or unsafe areas may not be serviceable. (Kansas City Metro Area)
Roadside Relief does not cover:
Pre-existing mechanical issues
Unsafe or illegal situations
Vehicles not listed on the membership
Off-road or inaccessible locations
Abuse or misuse of membership benefits
Yes. Roadside Relief reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to safety concerns, abusive behavior, inaccurate information, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
Roadside Relief is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or third-party service provider actions. Any concerns should be addressed at the time of service.
No. Each individual may hold only one membership unless otherwise approved.

No refunds are issued for unused services, partial months, or canceled memberships.
